1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Shriji Academy mobile app, related web pages opened from the app, and any student services provided through our platform. By downloading, opening, signing in to, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to any additional rules, policies, or notices that we make available within the service.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the app. If you use the app on behalf of a school, guardian, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person or organization to these Terms.
Important: These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, while these Terms explain how the app may be used and what conduct is not allowed.
2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when you create an account or connect a login method. You are responsible for keeping your profile information up to date so that we can provide services, security notices, and support.
- You may sign in through our web login flow or any other sign-in method we make available.
- You must not create an account using false information or someone else's identity.
- You must not transfer, sell, rent, or share your account with any other person.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account unless we confirm that it was caused by our own security failure.
One account, one person: Access credentials are personal. If we detect account sharing, automated abuse, or repeated suspicious logins, we may temporarily restrict or permanently suspend the account to protect the platform and other users.

The app is an educational and student-services platform. Depending on what is enabled for your account, the app may include:
- Student home dashboard, announcements, and quick access tools.

- Analytics pages that summarize your exam progress and performance.
- Short video features for educational clips, comments, likes, sharing, and content discovery.
- Peer discovery, profile pages, follow/connect flows, and student networking tools.
- Notifications, support pages, bug report submission, and help resources.
- Profile management, saved preferences, and other student-facing features we may add or remove over time.
We may update, add, remove, or redesign features at any time to improve the service, comply with law, or support new product requirements.
4. Account Security and Device Responsibility
You must keep your login credentials, device access, and session information secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly and change any related credentials as soon as possible.
Security Expectations
- Use only your own account and device access.
- Do not bypass login, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not share session tokens, deep links, or authorization links with others.
- Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized access, suspicious messages, or unexpected account changes.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the app only for lawful educational and personal learning purposes. You must not use the service in a way that harms the platform, our users, or any third party.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud other users or staff.
- Do not post hateful, violent, obscene, abusive, or illegal content.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, or corrupted files.
- Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, APIs, or private data.
- Do not use bots, scripts, automation, or bulk tools to manipulate views, likes, follows, comments, or downloads.
- Do not interfere with exams, learning content, peer tools, notifications, or moderation systems.
- Do not misuse bug reports, support forms, or messaging tools for spam or abusive behavior.
We may investigate suspected violations and take technical, administrative, or legal steps where needed.
6. User Content, Comments, and Uploads
When you submit content through the app, including profile information, short videos, captions, comments, bug reports, feedback, images, or files, you remain responsible for that content.
By uploading or posting content, you grant Shriji Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content only as necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
- You understand that content you publish may be visible to other authenticated users depending on the feature.
- You allow us to moderate, hide, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
- You agree that bug reports and support messages may be used to troubleshoot and improve the service.
Community rule: Peer profiles, comments, follows, and short-video interactions must remain respectful, educational, and safe for students.
7. Intellectual Property
All app design, software, logos, trademarks, lessons, exam materials, videos, study content, graphics, text, and other intellectual property that we provide are owned by Shriji Academy or licensed to us, unless we say otherwise.
You may use our content only for personal learning through the app and only during the period that your access remains active. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, republish, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
- No screen recording or unauthorized downloading of protected lessons or media.
- No public sharing of PDFs, videos, or paid materials outside the platform.
- No removal of copyright notices, watermarks, or ownership details.
- No use of our brand or logos without permission.
8. Notifications, Device Access, and App Communications
The app may request access to notifications and other device features needed to run core functionality. For example, notifications may be used for exam updates, review status changes, announcements, moderation notices, or important account alerts.
You can disable some permissions through your device settings, but doing so may limit functionality or prevent you from receiving time-sensitive updates. If you choose to enable file, photo, or media access, it is used only when you actively select content to upload or download.
- Service messages and push notifications may continue while your account is active.
- We may send transactional notices related to login, review status, security, or support.
- You are responsible for keeping your device settings current if you want to receive app alerts.
9. Third-Party Services, Links, and Login Flows
The app may connect to third-party services to support login, notifications, file handling, analytics-free technical delivery, or opening external pages. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Examples may include Google sign-in flows, notification infrastructure, file viewers, or payment gateways if a purchase is completed outside the app. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, or data practices that are outside our control.
- Read the third party's terms before using its service.
- Do not assume that external pages are operated by Shriji Academy.
- Any purchase completed through an external checkout is also subject to the payment gateway and merchant rules shown at the time of payment.
10. Paid Services, Refunds, and Access Changes
If we offer paid courses, memberships, or other premium services through the app or via a linked checkout page, the price, access period, and refund rules shown at the point of sale will apply to that purchase.
Unless a specific product page says otherwise, digital learning content and instant-access services are typically considered delivered when access is granted. Any separate refund, cancellation, or replacement policy displayed at purchase time controls that transaction.
Payment Principles
- Payment details are handled by the checkout or gateway you choose to use.
- We may change course pricing for future purchases.
- Existing access, where already granted, is governed by the terms that applied at the time of purchase.
- Unauthorized charge disputes should first be raised through the payment provider and then through our support team.
11. Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, abused the service, compromised security, or created legal or operational risk for the platform or other users.
We may also change, pause, or discontinue any app feature, section, or supporting service at any time. Where practical, we will try to give notice for major changes, but we are not required to keep any specific feature available forever.
- We may remove content that violates policy or law.
- We may block devices, sessions, or accounts that repeatedly break the rules.
- Termination does not remove rights or obligations that should survive, such as intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute terms.
12. Privacy and Data Handling
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we may share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.
By using the app, you acknowledge that we may process account, device, notification, and usage information to operate the service, secure accounts, and provide support and educational features.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the app will meet every user expectation at all times.
Educational materials are intended to support learning, but they do not guarantee exam results, rankings, admissions, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your study efforts and external exam conditions.
- We are not liable for losses caused by network failures, device problems, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service, or if no payment was made, to the minimum extent allowed by applicable law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the app or these Terms should first be raised with our support team so we can try to resolve it informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be submitted to the competent courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
15. Changes to These Terms and Contact Information
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security needs, or operational updates. When we do, we will update the version and effective date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we may provide additional notice in the app or by email where appropriate.
