Welcome to Shriji Academy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", "You") and Shriji Academy regarding your use of our website, mobile applications, Learning Management System (LMS), and services.
By accessing our courses, test series, or purchasing study materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Scope of Products & Services
Shriji Academy provides comprehensive coaching services for competitive exams (CGPSC, Vyapam, etc.). Our offerings include:
- Digital Content: Online video lectures, PDF notes, mock tests, and analytics delivered via our app/website.
- Physical Goods: Printed books, study guides, and OMR sheets shipped to your address.
- Assessments: Live and scheduled test series with ranking systems.
3. Registration, Accounts & Device Security
To access paid content, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Strict Single-User Policy: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. Our system detects simultaneous logins and suspicious location changes. Violations will result in immediate permanent account suspension without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Gateways
All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Processing: We use secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, etc.) to process payments. We do not store your credit card or banking password details.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices for future courses. Users who have already purchased a course will not be affected by subsequent price hikes for that specific valid period.
5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Refund Policy Overview
- Digital Courses/Tests: Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all sales of online courses, eBooks, and test series are Final and Non-Refundable once access is granted.
- Physical Books: Returnable within 3 Days of delivery only if the product is received in damaged condition or the wrong item was sent. Unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
- Double Deductions: If a transaction fails but money is deducted, the amount is usually auto-refunded by the gateway within 5-7 working days.

6. Course Access & Validity
validity: Course access is granted for the specific duration mentioned at the time of purchase (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or until Exam Date). Access expires automatically after this period.
Modifications: Shriji Academy reserves the right to update content, add new videos, or replace old notes to ensure the material remains relevant to the latest exam syllabus.
7. Intellectual Property & Piracy
All materials provided (Videos, PDFs, Questions, Brand Logo) are the exclusive intellectual property of Shriji Academy.
You are prohibited from:
- Recording (screen recording) or downloading video content using third-party tools.
- Distributing PDF notes on public Telegram groups, WhatsApp, or other social media.
- Reselling your account or course access.
Any infringement will lead to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.
8. Data Privacy & User Info
We respect your privacy. Your personal data (Name, Email, Phone) is used solely for course delivery, communication, and invoicing.
We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers. However, limited data may be shared with partners essential for service delivery (e.g., Shipping partners for books, Payment Gateways for fees).
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Shriji Academy does not guarantee specific exam results. Success depends on the student's individual effort and exam performance. We are not liable for any technical downtime, server issues, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation (email us at mayankchawdhari@gmail.com).
If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
